The China UK Entrepreneurship Competition aims to encourage students and new business ventures to challenge real-world situation on an international stage by providing mentoring, soliciting funds from early-stage investors and venture capital firms. The competition brings together students, entrepreneurs, investors, academics, industry experts, decision makers and innovation and entrepreneurship agencies from both the UK and China. The year of 2021 marks the 14th of the competition. Since the first China UK Entrepreneurship Competition in 2008, it helped more than 500 teams to grow business ideas and facilitated the communications of Entrepreneurship and Innovation for more than 200 high level organisations in both UK and China.
