Ivy holds a Master of International Relations and International Affairs (Central Europe), School of Political Science, Durham University, UK. She worked as a manager of the North District of the UK at a well-known educational institution and Head of the Manchester office. She is also a member of the Northeast China Chamber of Commerce in the UK, an organization supported by the Chinese Consul General in Manchester to promote economic and trade exchanges and mutually beneficial cooperation between Manchester and other territorial cities and China
